With each order that you place 1 hour of art time is included to prep the artwork for production. We can create a custom design from scratch or if you have your own artwork that you would like to use, please send us vector artwork, preferably an - Adobe Illustrator .AI file. Your art proof will show the # of colors and print locations as well as the approx. size and placement. After the proof is approved we process the order. In order to ensure accuracy we will not send your order to production without proof approval.

-Industry specific software used to process your order and provide emailed confirmations of orders and invoices.
-Adobe Illustrator version CS4 to create e-proofs that are emailed out usually within 24-48 hours in a GIF image.
-Upon art proof approval our standard production times are 10 business days with rush orders available.
