How do I place an order?
You can call us (530) 756-1477, email - information@squeegee.com , or you can come to our location at 423 L st Davis CA. 95616. We are open M-F from 9-5.
New orders will require a 50% deposit.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa & Mastercard.
How long will my order take?
After the art proof has been approved our standard turnaround time is 10 business days. Turnaround time may be longer if their are customer delays in approving art proof, or if product is out of stock. We also offer rush services- for 7 business days add 30% of total order and for 3 business days add 50%. For addtional details on turnaround please view "Turnaround time" in the terms and conditions section.
What if I already placed my order and I need to make changes?
Call us ASAP and we will see if we can make changes. Depending on how far along your order is we may, or may not be able to.
How should I supply my artwork, or if I don't have artwork can you create it for me?
You can supply artwork on a flash drive, email, cd, or we can create it for you (artwork charges may apply). For a complete details on artwork please visit our ARTWORK GUIDELINES section.
What type of garment decoration methods do we do?
Screenprinting (standard and specialty inks such as discharge, puff, metallic, etc.), embroidery, cad cut vinyl (examples would be numbers and letters applied to garments). For detailed information on pricing, minimum order requirements and other questions please contact us.
Minimums
For screenprinting and embroidery our minimum order is 12 pcs. For most low qty orders it is usually more cost effective to go up to at least 24 pcs.
Turnaround time
Upon art proof approval our standard production times are 10 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, and transit times.
Out of stock items, and incomplete customer stock items may also delay turnaround time. In the event that a style or color is out of stock we can substitute a similar style, or proceed with the order with whats in stock. We cannot print partial order and print the rest once items are in stock. We will only proceed once all items are in stock or if customer agrees to proceed with whats in stock.
Rush orders are available. For 7 days or less add 30% to invoice total, for 3 or less add 50% to invoice total.
Estimates
Estimates expire in 30 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of invoice based on actual prints.
Receiving your order
We recommend you check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Screaming Squegee will not be held accountable for missing pieces, defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Canceled Orders
In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order. If the items been have been ordered you will be subject to restocking fees. Once an order has been produced we will not be able to cancel the order and customer will be responsible for payment of items.
With each order 1 hour of art time is included only if the order is placed. Once an order is canceled the customer is responsible for all time worked on art., including the first hour. Art time is billed at $50.00 per hour.
Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and government PO's. For first time orders we require a 50% deposit to initiate order. For return customers payment is due upon pickup. If a completed order has not been paid for, or picked up within 30 days an additional finance charge of 1.5% per month will apply.
Colors
Colors viewed in the art proof will vary depending on the monitors user settings. Using the Pantone color book is the best way to communicate color. We cannot be held responsible for colors not assigned a pantone swatch.
