How do I place an order?

What is our order process?

1. After your order is submitted you will receive an art proof via email.
2. Upon art approval you will receive an order confirmation listing qty, sizes, and order total (tax not included).
3. Your order will be ready in two weeks. More detailed info below-

After your order is submitted you will receive an art proof via email usually within 48 hours. Once your art is approved we will process your order. We will not send your order to production without your approval. You will also receive an order confirmation showing order qty/sizes and details of your order. Upon reviewing order confirmation please contact us within 48 hours upon review if you find any errors. Screaming Squeegee will not be held liable for any changes or errors that we are not notified about on the confirmation form if we are not contacted within 48 hours. Once art proof is approved and if confirmation is correct you should expect your order to be done in about 7-10 business days. Promotional Items may take up to 3 weeks.

Turnaround time

Upon art proof approval our standard production times for screenprinting and embroidery are generally 7-10 business days depending on the size of the order. Business days are Monday - Friday. Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, and transit times. Standard turnaround time for promotional items are generally 3 weeks.

Rush orders are available. Depending on our production schedule, we may or may not be able to accomodate your request. Please note: We cannot complete an order the same day. Each order is custom and we order product based on your requests. Rush fees range from 30% - 100% depending on how quickly you need the order. Out of stock items will delay turnaround time. In the event that a style or color is out of stock we can substitute a similar style, or proceed with the order with whats in stock. We cannot print partial order and print the rest once items are in stock. We will only proceed once all items are in stock or if customer agrees to proceed with whats in stock.

Receiving your order

We recommend you check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Screaming Squegee will not be held accountable for missing pieces, defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Care instructions for Screenprinted Apparel

Machine Wash
 - Warm or Cold water (dark garments get cold) with like colors
 - No Bleach
 - Delicate Cycle
 - Turn garment inside out
 - Hang dry for best results
 - OK to tumble dry on permanent press settings
 - Iron from reverse side, low settings, if required.
 - It is best to avoid ironing the image area.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard & Government PO's.

What if I already placed my order and I need to make changes?

Call us ASAP and we will see if we can make changes. We will do the best we can to accomodate requested changes, but depending on how far along your order is we may, or may not be able to. All requests must be sent via email.

Artwork Charges and Approval

The first hour of artwork is free and then $75.00 per hour thereafter (billed in 15 minute increments) . Screaming Squeegee will inform you if additional art time is needed to process your order. If you are not a graphic artist or have your artwork on paper we can recreate it for you.

We will e-mail you an artwork proof for approval before printing your order. When you receive this e-mail, please respond promptly, denoting any changes or if it is ready to print. We will NOT proceed with your order until we get YOUR approval.

How should I supply my artwork, or if I don't have artwork can you create it for me?

You can supply artwork on a flash drive, email, cd, or we can create it for you (artwork charges may apply). For a complete details on artwork please visit our ARTWORK GUIDELINES section.

What type of garment decoration methods do we do?

Screenprinting (standard and specialty inks such as discharge, puff, metallic, etc.), embroidery, cad cut vinyl (examples would be numbers and letters applied to garments). For detailed information on pricing, minimum order requirements and other questions please contact us.

Do you accept customer stock ?

No, we do not accept customer stock. We only print / emboider garments from our trusted vendors.

What type of garments can we screenprint on?

We generally print on T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, and most polyester garments. Contact us if you would like more info.

Minimums

For screenprinting and embroidery our minimum order is 12 pcs. Contact us for a quote

Estimates

Estimates expire in 30 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of invoice based on actual prints.

Canceled Orders

In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order. If the items been have been ordered you will be subject to restocking fees. Once an order has been produced we will not be able to cancel the order and customer will be responsible for payment of items.

With each order 1 hour of art time is included only if the order is placed. Once an order is canceled the customer is responsible for all time worked on art., including the first hour. Art time is billed at $50.00 per hour.

For finished items and / or customer stock dropped off at our premise, after 45 days if items have not been accounted or paid for Screaming Squeegee reserves the right to discard these items if no communication has been provided to us by the customer after multiple attempts to contact the customer.

Payment

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and government PO's. For first time orders we require a 50% deposit to initiate order. For return customers payment is due upon pickup. If a completed order has not been paid for, or picked up within 30 days an additional finance charge of 1.5% per month will apply.

Colors

Colors viewed in the art proof will vary depending on the monitors user settings. You cannot trust the colors viewed on a monitor or from a printed page. Using the Pantone color book is the best way to communicate color. We cannot be held responsible for colors not assigned a pantone swatch. Color and pantone matching on textiles is not exact or guaranteed although we typically are able to print colors very close, if not perfectly matched. There may be a reasonable variation in color due to a number of factors.
